§ 71.07 LIMITATIONS ON TURNING AROUND.
   No driver shall turn any vehicle so as to proceed in the opposite direction in the business district, except at street intersections, in the street, or portions of streets, described in Chapter 75, Schedule VII, attached to and made a part of this title.
