§ 71.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   In addition to the civil penalties provided for in § 10.99, violation of § 71.23 shall be a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not to exceed $50, as provided for in G.S. § 14-4.
