§ 54.092 ANALYSIS OF INDUSTRIAL WASTEWATER.
   All measurements, tests and analysis of the characteristics or properties of waters and wastes to which reference is made in this chapter shall be made in accordance with Standard Methods, herein defined, and shall be performed by a qualified laboratory.
