§ 54.071 USER RECORDS.

(A) Any user shall maintain and retain for three years all plant records relating to wastewater discharges as specified by the town and afford the town access thereto.

(B) These records include, but are not limited to, production records, wastewater self-monitoring records and state and EPA required records.
