(3) The maximum floor area ratio requirements in a planned development district are controlled by the planned development district regulations.

(b) Schedule of maximum floor area ratio.
(1) Except as otherwise provided in this section, a person shall not erect or alter any structure or part of a structure to exceed the maximum floor area ratio in the district regulations (Divisions 51A-4.100 et seq.).
