SEC. 50-84.1. SALE OF FUEL WOOD - UNIT REQUIREMENT.

A person commits an offense if he sells, offers for sale, or exposes for sale any wood intended for fuel purposes other than by the cord or fraction of a cord. (Ord. 21172)
