4-3-3: DECLARATION OF NOXIOUS WEEDS:
In addition to any noxious weeds on the State list, the commission may declare, by ordinance, a particular weed or competitive plant, not appearing on the State noxious weed list, a County noxious weed within the County. (Ord. 10-18, 6-15-2010)
