The notice shall direct that the nuisance must be abated within not more than sixty (60) days after date of mailing of notice, except in cases where there is an immediate threat to the public health, safety or welfare. In that event, the County Commission may direct a shorter time for abatement of the nuisance upon finding that a delay would endanger the public health, safety or welfare. (Ord. 96-12, 12-4-1996)
