4-2-3: NUISANCE PROHIBITED:
It shall be unlawful for any person to cause, permit, maintain or allow the creation or maintenance of a nuisance. Nuisances, as defined in this chapter, are prohibited and shall be abated. (Ord. 96-12, 12-4-1996)
