4-1-9: MUTUAL AID AGREEMENTS:
The Board of County Commissioners is authorized to execute an interlocal agreement or compact on behalf of this County with any county or municipality concerning matters relating to a disaster affecting or likely to affect this County. (Ord. 04-14, 5-18-2004)
