4-1-7: ORDERS, RULES AND REGULATIONS HAVING FORCE OF LAW:
All orders, rules and regulations promulgated by the Board of County Commissioners shall have the full force and effect of law during the "local emergency", provided a copy thereof is filed with the County Clerk. (Ord. 04-14, 5-18-2004)
