3-2-9: PENALTY:
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter, including engaging in business without a State and County license, shall be deemed guilty of a Class B misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code. (Ord. 77-3, 8-3-1977; amd. 2017 Code)
