3-2-3: COMPLIANCE WITH STATE LAW REQUIRED:
Applicants for a license and those licensed to engage in the business of a retailer or wholesaler of beer within the County, shall comply with all State laws and the regulations of the State Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission. (Ord. 77-3, 8-3-1977)
