3-1-16: PENALTY:
All persons violating the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor and, upon conviction, subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code. (Ord. 95-2, 2-1-1995, eff. 2-15-1995; amd. 2017 Code)
