Fees charged for business licenses and the classification of various classes of businesses shall be pursuant to resolution adopted by the Board of County Commissioners. Any change in classification or fee as applicable to a currently licensed business shall not be enforced until the current license expires. (Ord. 95-2, 2-1-1995, eff. 2-15-1995)
