The County Commissioners shall impose, at their absolute discretion, restrictions as to the weight of vehicles traveling upon roads within the jurisdiction of the County Commission. The restrictions imposed shall not exceed a total period of ninety (90) days in any one (1) calendar year. The weight restrictions may vary depending upon the road, the particular climatic conditions in the area and the extent and necessity of travel in the area. (Ord. 83-3, 6-15-1983)
