In order to assure continuing uniformity between the State Off Highway Vehicles Rules and Regulations, and the County Off Highway Vehicle Rules and Regulations, as required by Utah Code Annotated section 41-22-18, this chapter will include any and all periodic amendments to the State Rules and Regulations, Utah Code Annotated title 41, chapter 22, after the effective date hereof, made by the State legislature or by the State Department of Natural Resources.
