5-1-12: UNSAFE OR IMPROPERLY EQUIPPED VEHICLES:
A person may not operate or move and an owner may not cause or knowingly permit to be operated or moved on a highway a vehicle or combination of vehicles which is unsafe or improperly equipped according to Utah Code. (Ord. 18-11, 5-15-2018)
