The Mayor may appoint or otherwise delegate the responsibilities of a Clerk among other Village employees. The appointed person or persons shall be responsible for performing the following duties: preparation and distribution of public meeting agendas, attendance at public meetings, preparation of meeting minutes, and other responsibilities delegated to the Clerk throughout the Codified Ordinances.
