Except for the Service Director and Assistant Service Director, members of the Service Department who have possessed, during the entire calendar year, a current, valid Commercial Driver's license shall receive a bonus of an additional sum of money as follows: seven hundred dollars ($700.00) per year for Service Department employees who worked the entire year as a full-time employee of the Service Department; and two hundred dollars ($200.00) per year for Service Department employees who worked the entire year as a permanent part-time employee of the Service Department. If an employee transitions from a permanent part-time position to a full-time position within the Service Department (or vice-versa), and the employee remains an employee for the entire calendar year, then the employee’s bonus compensation shall be adjusted proportionally to account for the time worked as a permanent part-time and full-time Service Department employee. Payment to be upon a pro-rata basis upon retirement, disability or death.
