1464.07 BOUNDARY LINE MANAGEMENT.
   The Building Commissioner may, on a case-by-case basis, exercise his discretion to manage the construction, maintenance, location, and appearance of any fences, walls, plantings, and other things constructed or maintained on or near boundary lines between two properties. In exercising this discretion, the Building Commissioner shall have the authority to order the removal, relocation, repair, or reduction in size of any fence, wall, planting, or thing that is constructed, located, or otherwise situated on or near any boundary line between any properties. Any decision of the Building Commissioner in this regard shall be appealable to the Board of Zoning Appeals.
