(a) The Village has designated a parking lot on East 49th Street for use by residents of the Village and their guests. Use of the parking lot is subject to the following rules and regulations:
(1) Only Village residents may secure a permit to use the parking lot.
(2) Permits must be obtained from Village Hall during normal business hours.
(3) All vehicles parked in the lot must have valid registrations through the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles.
(4) Hours of operation are Sunday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to midnight.
(5) Vehicles may only park in established parking spaces. Parking on the grass and/or the sidewalk is strictly prohibited.
(6) The parking lot shall be kept clean from debris litter and debris at all times.
(7) Congregating in the parking lot is strictly prohibited.
(8) The consumption of alcohol in the parking lot is strictly prohibited.
(b) Failure to comply with any of the rules and regulations herein may result in the removal and impounding of any vehicle or vehicles (at the expense of the violator.)
(c) If any resident or the guest of a resident who applied for a permit violates any of these rules and regulations, that resident will lose the right to obtain future permits and will lose the privilege to park in said parking lot.
(d) Any violation of the application procedure and/or the rules and regulations for use of the parking lot will also be subject to the penalties provided in Section 1076.99.
