210.02 DISPOSITION OF SURPLUS PROPERTY.
   Surplus property may be disposed of by sale, gift, trade, or other conveyance, to any person or entity, deemed in the best interest of the Village. Surplus property shall not be sold, gifted, traded, or otherwise conveyed unless authorized as follows:
   (a)   Disposition of surplus personal property with an estimated value equal to or less than one-thousand dollars ($1,000) shall be authorized by the Chief Fiscal Officer or the Mayor.
   (b)   Disposition of surplus personal property with an estimated value greater than one-thousand dollars ($1,000) and equal to or less than twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) shall be authorized by motion of the Finance Committee of Council.
   (c)   Disposition of surplus personal property with an estimated value greater than twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) shall be authorized by ordinance of Council.
