(a) The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to accept cash from the mandatory drug fines imposed on convicted drug offenders in accordance with the provisions of Ohio R.C. 2925.03(F).
(b) The Mayor is hereby directed to place all cash received into a special Law Enforcement Mandatory Drug Fine Fund with the Chief Fiscal Officer, to be used solely for the Police Department's law enforcement efforts pertaining to drug offenses. Said Fund shall be separate and apart from the special fund established in Section 234.06.
