There is hereby established a fund, to be designated the Petty Cash Fund, in the amount of three hundred fifty dollars ($350.00) for the use of Village employees, to be appropriated in and included as part of the annual appropriation for the General Fund of the Chief Fiscal Officer's office. The Chief Fiscal Officer shall have the sole custody and jurisdiction over the Fund, which Fund shall be used by the Chief Fiscal Officer for the purpose of making change and handling incidental purchases and deposits to be made by Village employees.
