(a) Whenever any person, entity, or property owner violates or fails to comply with any of the requirements set forth in this chapter, such person, entity, or property owner shall be subject to any and all of the penalties described in this chapter, as well as those set forth in Chapter 1450.
(b) No transfer of title to an interest in property shall be valid if the transferring party has failed to comply with the point of sale requirements set forth in Section 1444.05.
(c) The Law Director is hereby authorized to take any action permitted by law to enforce violations of this chapter.
