The delineation of the riparian setback shall be inspected by the Village as follows:
(a) The inspection shall be prior to any soil disturbing authorized under this regulation. The applicant shall provide the Village with at least five working days notice prior to starting such soil disturbing or land clearing activities.
(b) Any time evidence is brought to the attention of the Village that uses or structures are occurring that may reasonably be expected to violate the provisions of this chapter.
