1262.02 DELEGATION OF POWERS OR DUTIES.

Any powers granted or duties imposed upon the authorized enforcement agency by the provisions of this Title Six may be delegated in writing by the Mayor to persons or entities acting in the beneficial interest of or in the employ of the Village.
