(a) No antenna or satellite signal receivers, including dish-type receivers, or related supporting apparatus, shall be placed, affixed, or mounted in the front yard of any residential property or on the front exterior of any dwelling or other structure on the property. If a dwelling is on a corner lot, no antenna or satellite signal receiver or related supporting structure shall be placed, affixed, or mounted on any side yard or side of the dwelling which faces an adjacent street. No antenna or satellite signal receiver shall be placed, affixed, or mounted within three feet of the peak of the roof of any dwelling or other structure on residential property.
(b) Dish-type satellite signal receivers shall not exceed one meter in diameter. Antennas on residential property shall not exceed five feet in height. The height is determined by measuring the distance from the ground to the highest point of the antenna when turned perpendicular to the ground.
