282.04 FUNCTIONS.

The functions of the Records Commission shall be those set forth in Ohio R.C. 149.39, including, but not limited to, establishing rules for the retention and disposal of records of the Village and to review applications for one-time records disposal and schedules of records retention and disposition submitted by Village offices.
