282.01 ESTABLISHMENT; COMPOSITION.

There is hereby established in and for the Village a Records Commission, composed of the Mayor or his or her appointed representative, as the Chairperson, the Village Clerk, the Director of Law, and a Village citizen appointed by the Mayor. Members of the Commission shall not be compensated.
