No air conditioning units, including but not limited to window air conditioning units and condensing units, shall be placed in or on the front of any dwelling. If a dwelling is on a corner lot, no air conditioning unit shall be placed on any side of the dwelling which faces an adjacent street. All air conditioning units shall comply with the decibel sound restrictions for air conditioning units of Chapter 1487.
