(a) All buildings abutting Interstate 77 shall be permitted an additional identification sign to be affixed to the exterior of the side of the building facing Interstate 77. If such building has more than one occupant, each occupant shall be permitted one additional sign, provided that such building does not have more than two identification signs total facing Interstate 77. The signage shall conform to the specifications set forth in division (b) of this section. All buildings shall be architecturally finished to adequately receive the signage and aesthetically finished, as approved by the Village Architect and Building Commissioner. Such signage must be approved by the Village Architect, Building Commissioner, and Planning Commission with consideration to aesthetics and uniformity to other signs constructed under this provision.
(b) Identification signs abutting Interstate 77 shall be composed of only one line of lettering in uniform color and in box-type font, except that logos shall be permitted. Signs may be lighted from within.
(c) No temporary signs shall be permitted.
