1492.07 SEASONAL WINDOW AND DOOR INSULATION.

Clear, imprinted plastic sheets intended for and used for insulation purposes may be attached to the interior of the windows and doors of any dwelling from October 1 to May 1 of each year, provided they are installed and maintained so as to prevent the plastic from becoming unattached or torn.
