1490.14 EXTERIOR INSPECTIONS.
   The Building Commissioner and/or his or her authorized representative shall make, or cause to be made, biannual inspections of the exteriors of all dwelling units, dwelling structures, residential premises, and secondary or appurtenant structures thereon to determine whether or not such dwelling, structures or premises conforms with the Building and Housing Code, including this Chapter 1490. Such inspections may also be made whenever the Building Commissioner has reasonable cause to believe that a violation of the Code exists therein or thereon.
