1486.06 VIOLATIONS AS NUISANCES; ABATEMENT.

All indoor and outdoor swimming pools which shall be installed, constructed, operated or maintained in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall constitute a nuisance, and the Village may, in addition to the penalty set forth in Section 1450.99, maintain any proper action for the abatement of such nuisance.
