1486.04 DISCONTINUED USE OF POOL.

Any owner of any outdoor swimming pool in the Village that has not been used and maintained as a clean, water-filled, functioning swimming for a period of two consecutive years must do one of the following:

(a) Make the swimming pool a clean, water-filled, functioning swimming pool; or

(b) Fill, demolish, remove or otherwise deconstruct the swimming pool.
