The Chief Fiscal Officer is authorized and directed to pay to property owners of one-, two-, three- and four-family residential structures in the Village, from time to time, George M. Suhy Grants for qualifying improvements to their property under the terms and conditions set forth in this chapter. The George M. Suhy Grant Program shall have a term of five calendar years, beginning in 2008. Thereafter, the Grant Program shall renew for consecutive terms of five years, with the approval of Council. Each five-year period shall be deemed a grant cycle.
