1490.13 VIOLATIONS.

(a) Whenever a person charged herein with the maintenance of a structure or premises fails to comply with any final order as provided in this chapter, the Solicitor shall institute an appropriate action at law.

(b) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter, or fails to comply with any final order as provided herein, shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 1490.99.
