1482.09 VIOLATIONS.

The owner or any person in control of any signboard, or of any property upon which any signboard may be located, who violates any of the requirements of this chapter, or fails to comply therewith, shall, for each and every violation or noncompliance, be subject to the penalty provided in Section 1482.99.
