1482.07 REMOVAL OF WASTE MATERIAL.

No person shall leave any paste, glue, paper or other debris used for fixing sign posters upon any public sidewalk or pavement, or scatter or throw any old posters or waste material removed from signboards upon any public street or way or upon any private grounds.
