1482.03 PERMIT APPLICATION; FEE.

Application for the required permit shall be made on forms furnished by the Building Commissioner, and the fee for each permit shall be two dollars ($2.00) per square foot of surface, but no fee shall be less than twenty dollars ($20.00).
