1472.02 MODIFICATION OF MACHINERY OR EQUIPMENT.

No machinery or equipment, designed for or intended to be used in any trade, business or process in the course of which foul, noisome, noxious or offensive fumes, gases, odors or other substances are liable to be produced or to emanate therefrom, shall be installed or operated without adequate and complete provision for the prevention and elimination of the fumes, gases, odors or other substances.
