1472.01 FUMES, GASES AND ODORS PROHIBITED.

No person shall cause, permit or allow any foul, noisome, noxious or offensive fumes, gases, odors or other substances to be produced, whether in the course of the use of any equipment or manufacturing process or otherwise.
