No fence or wall shall be erected or constructed within the Municipality higher than four feet above the finished grade, except that a fence or a wall containing openings comprising not less than fifty percent of the area of the fence or wall, or containing a latticework pattern on the top portion of the fence, may be erected or constructed to a height of six feet. Side yard fences parallel to the main residential building shall not exceed three feet in height, unless such fence is located completely behind the enclosed rear wall of the main residential structure, in which case, the fence may be erected or constructed to a height of six feet.
