1448.04 EFFECTIVE PERIOD OF CERTIFICATE; RENEWAL; FEE.

The certificate of registration shall be valid for the calendar year in which issued and shall be renewed annually thereafter. A fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) shall be paid at the time of original issuance and upon each renewal thereafter.
