1448.01 REGISTRATION REQUIRED.

No general building contractor or subcontractor or plumbing, electrical, heating, piping, sewer building, air conditioning or refrigeration contractor or contractor of other trades shall perform any work within the Village without first obtaining a certificate of registration from the Building Commissioner.
