1440.05 CHANGE IN USE OR OCCUPANCY.

When the use or occupancy of a building or other structure is changed to one that is subject to more restrictive requirements, the entire building or structure shall be made to conform to such more restrictive requirements as they apply to new buildings and other new structures.
