1440.04 INTERPRETATION OF CODE.

The provisions of this Building and Housing Code shall supplement any and all laws of the State, these Codified Ordinances and any and all rules and regulations promulgated under authority of such State laws or these Codified Ordinances and applicable to buildings and other structures.
