1440.01 BUILDING DEPARTMENT; BUILDING COMMISSIONER.

There is hereby established in and for the City a Building Department and the position of Building Commissioner, who shall be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of Council. The Village Engineer may act as the Building Commissioner when so designated by the Mayor, subject to the approval of Council.
